Filled sandbags will be available after 1:30 pm today (Tuesday, 2/20) at the Rome City Street Department. If you need them this morning, you can get them in Albion at the Highway Department. Remember, for sandbags to be effective you should weave plastic sheeting between each layer. Plastic sheeting is not provided with the sandbags.
