Congratulations to Diann Scott, the Rome City Citizen of the Year! Well deserved, for all the work and effort she has done for the community.

The West Lakes Association has a parade entry for the Chautauqua Days Parade Saturday August 13. Our entry will be "West Lakes Association River Clean-up". We need clean-up volunteers to walk behind our tractor hay wagon. Kids can ride on hay wagon. We will muster at 3:30 Saturday behind the City Hall and near the Fire Department. Line up at 4:00, parade at 4:30. It is a short parade! Food after parade and activities for kids. More info call Diann Scott 260-273-9441.

Long Term Recovery Group Formed to Assist Those Affected by West Lakes Flood Flood Assistance News Release

The West Lakes Boating Restriction has been lifted. You may resume normal boating.

 Parkview Noble Hospital has donated a dumpster which is at Waldron Lake Drive.  Idle speed restriction is still in place per DNR.  Call to Action Meeting 2 is this Tuesday, July 18 at 5;30.
